How long does it take to get an advertising account ?

What kind information to submit to apply for an agency ad account ?
We will need information about your service or products, website, time zone and business account
What currencies are supported by agency ad accounts ?
Only US Dollars (USD) are supported by our accounts
How long it takes to top up an ad account ?
Top-ups are made once the funds are received within 01 hour during working hours. The maximum time for processing a top-up is 24 hours in case of technical problems and staff unavailability.
Which payment methods are supported ?
We accept various payment methods depending on the amount of the transaction and the country of the customer : Payoneer, Wise, Airwallex, Bank transfer, USDT trc20.
If my advertising account is restricted, what happens ?
You must contact customer support and report the account that has been flagged. We will initiate a procedure to reactivate it as soon as possible.
Are there any back-up ad accounts in case the primary account is restricted ?
Yes, we always provide 01 or 02 back-up accounts after a ad account opening request. You can transfer all or part of your funds to the sub-accounts.
